- Anonymous usage data collected by privacy-respecting web analytics (Google Analytics 4) to help us understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, process enrollment applications, communicate with current and prospective families, and improve our website and services. We do not use website analytics to identify individual visitors.
Student records & FERPA
As a public school, GREEN Charter Schools complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable South Carolina law governing the privacy of student education records. Student education records are maintained in our secure student information system and are not shared through this public website. Parents and eligible students have rights under FERPA to inspect, review, and request amendment of education records.
We do not sell your information
GREEN Charter Schools does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (such as our enrollment and student information systems), and only as needed to provide those services or as required by law.
